Why does HYPEMedical print our old address on the RA? I have already changed the address in HYPEMedical.


Your office address is taken directly from the RA document, as you can see from the screen shot of an RA file opened in Notepad, below.
I recommend calling the EDT office at 1 800 262 6524 for guidance regarding who to approach at the ministry.
