Where are the submission batches that I created?

You can find your Batch Submissions in the Batch Submissions tab in MCEDT Files.

MCEDT Files \ Batch Submissions

The Batch Submissions tab may hold many files. To help find particular files use the sorting function by clicking on a column title. The order of the records changes as the title labels are clicked on. Clicks on the "Batch Date" label will alternate the records listing, by date, descending to ascending repeatedly. Nested sorting is available by holding the shift key while clicking on several column title labels.

A nested sort is when the second column sorts within the the first column's sort order . The column sort is restricted to it's “nest”; i.e. it sorts the second (the sorted) column separately within each first column sorted values.

There are a couple of strategies I use when I don't see the results I expected:

  1. When there are too many results

Sometimes there are so many results that it is better to search a subset of possible results. To do that, click Advanced Search Options (the green bar above the "Batch Files" title). Here you can narrow the date range and other variables to limit the number of results.

  2. When nothing works

    Hard refresh your browser.
