Where can I find a breakdown of the RA?
There are several ways to view the RA breakdown in the system. The primary location is under Claims > MCEDT Files > Remittance Advice Files. Hovering over the red arrow will open a context menu. Some items on this menu are directly clickable, such as PDF (All Sections) at the top. Other items with a “>” symbol display sub-menus, with each sub-menu corresponding to a specific section of the RA. You can view reports on-screen or download them as PDF or CSV (Excel) files. For the most detailed breakdown, use the CSV [All Sections More Columns] option—this provides a comprehensive report in Excel format.
Another location in HYPEMedical where you can query an RA is under the Billing Cycle. Here, you can specify a particular RA to search for specific data within it. Please let me know if you have additional questions.
In cases of very large RA files or a need for specific custom performance RA reports please inquire with Business Intelligence Reports at support@hypesystems.com.
