Slow claim entry.

Slow claim entry.

Attention HYPEMedical users with the following gateways: hm32.quickclaim.ca, hm42.quickclaim.ca and hm52.quickclaim.ca.

SO SLOW . . . . 🦥🦥🦥 Recently ( starting June 12, 2023), users of HYPEMedical version 2 reported extreme slowness in claim and appointment entries. Complaints ranged from Health card validations taking 30 seconds to load to several minutes to save a single claim. There are two solutions:

1. A workaround: Go to SysAdmin \ Patient Setup \ Patient Parameters and check-mark the
option. Then log out and log back in. This workaround requires an additional press of the Enter key or mouse click; when the search result(s) display on the screen.

2. Upgrade to version 3 of HYPEMedical:

To upgrade, change your gateway from hm32.quickclaim.ca, hm42.quickclaim.ca or hm52.quickclaim.ca to its corresponding gateway of either hm33.quickclaim.ca, hm43.quickclaim.ca or hm53.quickclaim.ca. Log in with the same username and password.

There are additional features and user permissions. Please call us at support (1800 592 2138) as you upgrade; we would love to introduce you to version 3 and tweak your preferences.
