Is there a way to see all claims that were submitted in an Excel or PDF file?

Is there a way to see all claims that were submitted in an Excel or PDF file?

Yes. HYPEMedical provides several reporting options depending on the information you need. While you can create a custom search in the Billing Cycle, the simplest way to generate a PDF report is from Claims \ MCEDT Files \ Batch Submissions. For Excel exports, you can run a custom search in the Billing Cycle or use other reporting tools.

To Generate a PDF Batch Report:
  1. Hover over Claims.
  2. Click MCEDT Files.
  3. Select the Batch Submissions tab.
  4. Locate the batch you need, hover over its red arrow, and select Batch Details [PDF].

To Export Submitted Claims to Excel:
  1. Go to Claim \ Billing Cycle \ Search.
  2. Run a search for the claims you want to export (e.g., by status, date range, provider or Submission Batch ID) and a column selection. Click Find.
  3. Once the results are displayed, choose Excel to download the claims in spreadsheet format.
