Is it possible to open a new tab to edit a claim?
In the Results section of the Billing Cycle, Right-clicking Edit Claim in the red arrow's menu opens the claim in a new tab; closing the new tab will load the previous Billing Cycle Search Results tab. Previously opened claims will be highlighted in blue to help you keep track of the claims you have edited.
Another way to work in bulk is to use the blue command button on the left of the Results page. Check box the claims you want to work on and click the blue Edit button. The blue Edit button will present the claims you picked in a queue, one after another.
Another tool for drilling down on search results is the filter. Use the filter tool to isolate claims with a common element, such as a specific explanation code, before using the blue Edit button.
