I have OHIP claims in September that are still sitting in the submitted status. How do I fix that & how did that happen?

I have OHIP claims in September that are still sitting in the submitted status. How do I fix that & how did that happen?


I have looked at your account's Quick Reports on your HYPEMedical's Home page and found 64 Unresolved claims.

I clicked on its green icon loading a Billing Cycle report.

The same report is accessible directly from Billing Cycle by clicking on the blue Unresolved button.

In Billing Cycle I chose a sample claim and right-clicked Claim Details from the red arrow's menu.






I learned the submission batch file name from the Claim Details form, and I clicked on the batch submission file name.

I discovered that MOHLTC never acknowledged the submission batch file with a batch edit report.



Plan:
  1. In Billing Cycle, click on the blue Unresolved button to load all the unpaid claims that are older than 6 weeks.
  2. Click on the bulk blue Mark as Unsubmitted button.
  3. Submit the claims.
