How to Use HypeSystems.com (What You’ll Find and Where)

Overview

HypeSystems.com is the main website for learning about HYPE Systems products, booking demos, accessing support resources, and jumping to customer portals (Support and Accounts). HYPE Systems+2


What you can do on HypeSystems.com

Use the site to:

  • Learn about products (HYPE Medical, HyperChart, reporting, integrations, data protection, etc.). HYPE Systems

  • Book a demo through the “Book a Demo” links. HYPE Systems+2HYPE Systems+2

  • Open the Knowledge Base (Zoho Desk KB) for how-to articles and workflows. Zoho

  • Get Support (phone numbers, after-hours urgent support, create a ticket, remote access plug-in, server links). HYPE Systems

Common tasks (fast click-paths)

1) Book a demo

  • From Home or HyperChart pages, click Book a Demo / BOOK A DEMO TODAY. HYPE Systems+1

  • This takes you to the HYPE Systems demo booking page (Zoho Bookings). HYPE Systems

2) Learn about HyperChart

  • From Home, click Learn More (HyperChart). HYPE Systems

  • Or go directly via the HyperChart site, which explains features like patient story views, OCR auto-filing, and role-based workspaces. HyperChart

3) Learn about HYPE Medical and other solutions

  • Go to Solutions (the solutions page shows sections like Online Systems, HyperChart, Desktop Software, Reporting Engines, Integration Systems, Data Protection, and Customization). HYPE Systems

  • Example items described there include OHIP billing/practice management, QuickClaim/QuickDocs, a reporting engine (HYPEreport), HL7 connectivity/integration, and data protection options. HYPE Systems

4) Use the Knowledge Base (how-to articles)

  • Click More → Knowledge Base to open the KB. HYPE Systems+1

  • The KB is organized into categories like:

    • Begin: Online OHIP Billing

5) Get Support (tickets, remote access, urgent support)

Go to More → Support. On the support page you can find:

  • PC Remote Access Plug-in link (used when support asks you to enable remote access). HYPE Systems

6) Contact HYPE Systems + access Customer Portals

Go to More → Contact. The Contact page includes:
