How to Open Multiple Consecutive Days or Months in the appointment Book?
Let's start with reviewing the components involved in scheduling a clinic with the image below: (Skip the Referring Doctors link.)
- Setup: Enter the doctor(s) information.
- Locations: Enter the clinic(s)' business hours.
- Work Schedules: Enter the doctor(s) and staff's daily working hours.
- Location Schedule = (Locations X Work Schedules). Combine the doctor(s) and staff's daily working hours with the clinic(s) business hours.
So, how do you "unblock" the appointment book to be able to book more patients for a doctor(s)?
- Click on Location Schedule (above image).
- Enter the Start and End dates, choose a value from the Locations and Doctors pulldown menus, and click on Generate (image below).
- Scroll down to examine the generated schedule and finalize it by clicking on Change All Statuses
- Finally, select Booked, and Go.
Having scheduled doctorws to work at the clinic you can now go to your appointment book and schedule patients!
