How to export an appointment report from HYPEMedical

There are several ways to generate and share a list of appointments, but here is a simple, standard workflow (if you don’t have more specific requirements):

  1. Go to Appointments → Appointments Search → Search

  2. Enter the date range for the appointments you want to include

  3. Select the columns of data your report needs (e.g. patient name, time, provider, etc.)

  4. Click Find (to load the results)

  5. Once the results are displayed and sorted how you like, click PDF or Excel to download the report in your preferred format

You may also create short cuts for a variety of reports (buttons on the bottom of the image).
