How to Close Your HYPEMedical Account (For Retiring Physicians)
When you retire or plan to discontinue your HYPEMedical service, your data remains fully accessible and can be downloaded for your records. This article outlines what data is included, how to access it, and the steps to finalize your account closure.
1. Data Included in Your Backup
Your account data is provided in two downloadable bundles:- Bundle 1: Practice Data
Includes all your patients, their billing history, appointment records, and referring physician details. - Bundle 2: Document Archive
Contains all documents associated with your patients, organized into individual patient folders for easy reference.
In addition, a Patient Roster—listing all patients and their most recent service dates—can be downloaded directly from the HYPEMedical User Interface.

2. Preparing for Your Final Billing
Before we prepare your data backup, please ensure that you have completed your final billing cycle, including:- Submission of all outstanding claims
- Resubmission of any rejected claims
- Verification of payments and reports
Once you have estimated the date of your final billing task, contact our support team to schedule your data backup.
A one month notice is required for final account termination.
