How to Add CPSO and WSIB Numbers to a Doctor Profile in HYPEMedical\Charts

HYPEMedical includes dedicated CPSO ID and WSIB ID fields in each doctor profile. To enter them, go to Doctors Profiles \ New Doctor Profile \ Third Party IDs.


How to Add CPSO and WSIB Values

  1. Doctors Profiles \ Setup from the main menu; Click Setup.
  2. Open the doctor profile you want to update.
  3. Click the Third Party IDs tab.
  4. Enter the doctor’s:
    1. CPSO ID
    2. WSIB ID
  5. Click Save.


Troubleshooting

I do not see the Third Party IDs tab

Make sure your HYPEMedical\Charts environment has been updated to version v3.

I do not see the CPSO or WSIB fields

If the fields are not visible, contact support 1 800 592 2138 ext201.
