How does one export the appointment day sheet (must contain patient demographics, health card, phone no, time, note etc)?
HYPEMedical includes an Excel button, located next to the PDF button that your staff, probably already uses to print a day sheet.
Steps to Download and Save as CSV:
- Click the Excel button.
- Open the downloaded file in Excel or any other spreadsheet software.
- In the menu bar, click File and choose Save As.
- Select .csv as the file type and click Save.
Now, your Excel download is saved as a .csv file.
Before Downloading, Ensure All Required Columns Are Selected:
- In the Appointment Search section (Appointments \ Appointments Search \ Search), locate the Column Selection at the bottom of the form.
- You can create a shortcut as needed (refer to the help tip next to the shortcuts button for guidance) for your column selection, for future use.
