Can I move moving the day's appointments with aclick to another day or clinic?

How do I reschedule all my patients quickly, to another day or location?

Yes, you can move (reschedule) several patient appointments with a single click.
  1. Go to Appointments \ Appointments Search \ Search
  2. Find the patient appointments you'd like to reschedule. See the example in the image below.



  1. Check mark the patient appointments you'd like to reschedule and click on the Group Reschedule button


  1. At this point the appointment book will load
  2. Choose the date for rescheduling the patient appointments and click on it (as if you where choosing a slot for an appointment), then click Close in the Bulk group reschedule popup.  

Click once to bulk-reschedule a day's appointments to another day, location or physician.
