How do I flag a claim or bill with Manual Review?

One Click - Creating A Manual Review Form, In HYPEMedical:

Step 1: On the Claim form:
  1. Create or Edit/open a claim.
  2. Click the Man Rev check mark to flag the claim.
  3. Click the  +  icon next to Man Rev to load the Manual Review work form.



Step 2: On the Manual Review Work form: 
  1. Check mark the Service Code(s)
  2. Type your Manual Review Note
  3. Save the Manual Review Work form
  4. Save the claim



Step 3: One Click -  generate a complete Manual Review PDF:
  1. Click on the OHIP Manual Review link
  2. Fax the OHIP Manual Review PDF to MOHLTC at 905-434-4186, as per Bulletin Number: 210902
The OHIP Manual Review can also be generated in Claim \ Claim Details page.
