How do I create additional users?
Additional user accounts will require permissions settings suitable for their role. For example, Doctors as users should be able to see their billing without seeing other doctors' reports.
To create new users hover over SysAdmin and choose Users, then complete each tab in the user creation process; The following setup is a suitable example for your doctors. |
The first four tabs:
SysAdmin \ Manage Users \ User Details: Choose a User Type that best describes the role. Setting specific permissions comes later.
SysAdmin \ Manage Users \ Locations: All Locations can be selected,
SysAdmin \ Manage Users \ Doctors: Select only the doctor profiles the user should access.
SysAdmin \ Manage Users \ Permissions: All permissions must be unchecked with the following exceptions (side image) in the Claims section of SysAdmin \ Manage Users \ Permissions.
The next two tabs are self-explanatory:
SysAdmin \ Manage Users \ Password
SysAdmin \ Manage Users \ Activation
The last tab is optional and should only be attempted with technical support assistance.
