How do I cancel an appointment?
There are two ways to cancel a patient's appointment; both are
accessible from the Appointment Details form.
The first method
relates to cancellation as an appointment status or stage. That
way, once you Update the appointment status to Cancelled, it will remain on the appointment book and display the status Cancelled instead of Booked.
The other method of cancelling an appointment reclaims its space in the
appointment book. In other words, this cancellation method
discards the appointment from the appointment book.
