How do I bill patients from other provinces?

How do I bill patients from other provinces?

Claims from all provinces, excluding Quebec, are processed by OHIP under claim type RMB (Reciprocal Medical Billing).
When HYPEMedical recognizes a health number as belonging to another province, the system will automatically assign both the province and the RMB claim type.
If recognition does not occur, users must manually input the province and claim type.

If HYPEMedical data entry settings permit omission of first and last names, ensure these fields are completed. For RMB claims, both first and last names are mandatory, unlike standard OHIP billing.
