How do I add a new 3rd party?


To add a third party, navigate to "Claims" then "Third Party Invoices," and select "Third Party Providers." Here, you need to enter at least the Name and Phone Number. The phone number doesn't need to be correct.
After entering the information, click "Save."

Note

HYPEMedical can generate proprietary PDF claim forms that automatically scale to match the size of each claim. These forms are modeled on the original PDF claim forms from the following organizations/insurance companies/Third party insurers :

  • Blue Cross (also known as Bluecross, Medavie)

  • Greenshield (also known as Green Shield)

  • UHIP

  • Student VIP (also known as Studentvip)

  • Quebec – Quebec’s provincial health insurance (billable as a third-party insurer)

  • Cowan Insurance

To generate HYPEMedical’s proprietary PDF claim forms, add the above insurance organizations using these exact names in the Name field, as shown in the image above.

Upon request, additional insurance forms can be added to HYPEMedical as static custom template PDF forms to your account’s Patient Profile utility.
