How does HYPEMedical compare with QuickClaim?
Our team uses Quickclaim in two different ways. The receptionists use it when clients come in for medical appointments (mandatory for Ministry of Health, PT appointments) to verify various information, i.e., name, and health card expiry. The administrative assistant uses it for billing; she enters the referring physician’s information and billing codes and creates a batch file. She then manually uploads the file to the Ministry.
Based on the above, is there a way that the card swipe at reception could populate the information needed by the admin assistant? Once the file is created, could it be submitted directly to the Ministry?
Thank you for your inquiry,
HYPEMedical will increase the efficiency of your reception and administrative tasks.
Reception Workflow:
Our system automatically validates health coverage upon client check-in (card swipe or health card number entry), auto-populating new patients' demographics and payment eligibility from OHIP.
Home addresses are auto-completed using Google, ensuring accuracy and speed.
Referring or family doctor details are pulled from your existing database, which is exactly like QuickClaim's functionality.
Third-party insurer details can be captured at this stage.
Document handling is also available. Scanning documents not only uploads them but also identifies the patient as smoothly as swiping a health card—a unique feature not found in QuickClaim.
Administrative Workflow:
OHIP billing can be efficiently managed directly from the appointment book or processed individually per patient.
RAIs and manual review forms are pre-filled directly from the claims screen, minimizing manual data entry.
Our direct billing system generates professional-looking invoices, receipts, and refund documents.
Third-party billing is streamlined with automated, pre-populated PDF forms.
Finally, creating and managing submission batches is now a one-click operation with automatic uploading and reconciliation.
HYPEMedical is designed to make your workflow as straightforward and efficient as possible, reducing administrative burden and enhancing your team's productivity.
