Does a Claim have an audit trail that I can easily access?
HYPEMedical maintains a comprehensive record of every activity within the lifecycle of each claim. This record, known as the audit trail, meticulously documents the actions taken, the individuals or systems responsible, and the timing of these actions, starting from the creation of the claim. Users have the option to export this historical data to Excel for further analysis or for printing purposes.
To view a claim's audit trail, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the main menu, hover over "Claims", and then choose "Claim Details".
- Input the Claim's Account number and press Enter.
- Once the claim has been successfully loaded, click on "History" to view the audit trail.
