Yes, you can; That is a great question! For example in multi-location organizations it is beneficial for a physician to use a unique doctor profile per location. In cases where a new clinic location is added with its own group number, creating new doctor profiles with the new group numbers is all that you need for billing. To create a new doctor profile just clone (image below) an existing profile and edit the group number in the new profile. To further ensure location consistent billing, create a new location record and limit the new doctor profiles to the new location, and the existing doctor profiles to the old location. |
