Can I download my own day sheet templates from HYPEMedical?

Yes, you can.
You can use both existing and new PDF and DOC type files.  Contact us at support@hypesystems.com for a free consultation and instructions.

In addition we have a growing set of common popular forms that we can make available for you.  

Go to Patients \ Patient Profile \ Search, look up a patient and click on the Reports & Labels tab.
Click on Custom Templates and choose WSIB form 8 as an example.
