Can I Bill or Schedule a Patient Without First Creating a Patient's Record?
Yes. For brand new patients, to your practice, saving & creating a bill or an appointment automatically generates a patient record. Even if you don’t have all the data handy a claim or appointment can be saved. An incomplete claim can be save as a “Temporary Claim” and an appointment only requires first and last name.
