Can I Bill or Schedule a Patient Without First Creating a Patient Record?
For brand-new patients to your practice, you do not need to create the patient record first. When you save a new claim or a new appointment, HYPEMedical automatically creates the patient record for you. This helps staff move quickly, even when not all patient information is available at the time of booking or billing.
Billing a New Patient
You can start a claim for a new patient even if some information is still missing. If the claim is not complete, it can be saved as a Temporary Claim and finished later.
Scheduling a New Patient
You can also book an appointment for a new patient without first building the full patient chart. To save an appointment, only the patient’s first name and last name are required.
