Breaking News: Schedule of Benefits Update — April 1, 2026
New SOB Service Code Fees
The vendor update file is expected late on April 10, 2026. Once released, we will upload the new fees into HYPEMedical, and QuickClaim users can upload the file normally.
Until then, you may either hold off on billing as per the "OMA email".
Although this has not yet been officially announced in a bulletin, EDT office staff at 1-800-262-6524 recommend continuing to bill using the old fees. OHIP will pay the correct amount.
HYPEMedical Users
Users of our online billing system, HYPEMedical, may continue billing, the "old" codes as usual, and simply wait to submit the claims until the updated fees have been loaded to our servers.
Before submitting these claims (after confirming that the SOB fees have been updated):
Open Billing Cycle and search for Unsubmitted claims with a service start date of April 1, 2026.
On the Results page, click the blue Edit button.
As each claim opens, click RESET, then press Enter to save it with the new fees.
Repeat for all claims.
That’s it: RESET, then Enter.

HYPEMedical currently includes the four new FHO Hourly codes: Q310, Q311, Q312, Q313 and the new discharge code C126
Relativity Payments
Bill normally and check your RA to confirm the payment increase for your specialty or payment group.
