Appointment Booking Workflow – House Call by a Mobile MD
Search for the Patient

Open HYPEMedical → Patient Profile.

Enter the caller’s health card number and version code, then click Search.
- Create or Validate the Patient Record

If no patient is found, click Enter, then Validate.

HYPEMedical will automatically load or verify the patient’s demographics.
- Confirm Caller Information

Enter or confirm the patient’s demographics, address, and contact details.
- Book the House Call

Click the Walk-In button and select your mobile MD’s DoctorID.

This records the call in the Appointment Book.
- Repeat as Needed

Follow the same process for each new caller.

- HYPEMedical will automatically load or verify the patient’s demographics.
Confirm Caller Information
- Enter or confirm the patient’s demographics, address, and contact details.
Book the House Call
- Click the Walk-In button and select your mobile MD’s DoctorID.
- This records the call in the Appointment Book.
Repeat as Needed
- Follow the same process for each new caller.
As your practice volume increases, you can leverage HYPEMedical’s Mobile-MD Territory Mapping and Scheduling (HMS). HMS automatically matches the caller’s address to the territory covered by the scheduled Mobile MD and instantly emails the appointment details to the physician on shift.

- Check-mark the appointments you want to include in billing.
3. Generate Claims
- Click Create Claims to produce a bulk billing queue and process the bill.
