Advanced Searches in HYPEMedical's Billing Cycle - A Visual Query Buillder
How do I find completed records of my billings including all studies read, payments, codes?
The Advanced Search Options in Billing Cycle enable you to tailor your searches to your unique requirements. You can specify precise criteria in the “Popular” tab and the tabs to its right.
To retrieve “all studies read, payments, codes,” first specify a service date range or a submission batch number or range in the Claim tab. Then, add more search parameters, as needed, in the Popular tab and the tabs to its right, making sure Claim Item Status and Claim Type remain set to All. Finally, select which columns you want to display under Report Columns and click Find.
On the Results page, you can refine the data further by using the “Contains” search field, as well as filters and nested sorting options for each column. The page also provides PDF and Excel export buttons for easy data download.
